Refund Policy

At Soul Space, we value your time and commitment to your healing journey. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our workshops, coaching sessions, and healing practices.

Cancellation and Refund Window

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your booked service or workshop within 24 hours of the original booking time to receive a full refund.

  • After 24 Hours: Any cancellations made after the initial 24-hour booking window are strictly non-refundable.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation and refund within the eligible window, please contact us immediately at soulspacenb@gmail.com with your booking details and receipt. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session or workshop and fail to notify us in advance, no refund option will be provided.
